I run everything almost on max quality, but putting every setting on the lowest quality only gives me an fps increase of 15-20. I have absolutely no idea now what happened to my system since it never performed so poor in WoW (the low fps are both in poppulated and unpoppulated areas-in poppulated areas the fps is max 35-40, and in unpoppulated areas around 60-ish, which used to be above 150 before. During most of the test-game phases i got fps between 20-30, which seem to reseemble my poor WoW performance. Now i don't know whetehr that's good or bad, but seeing as it lays under the 75% line i assume it's not that great at all. you see what i mean when you start setting stuff in-gameĪlright, i ran 3Dmark06 (latest update) and got a score of 11912 (SM 2.0 score: 4650, SM3.0 score: 5440, CPU score: 3624-> This seems low for some reason?). those 2 games i linked have built in benchmarks. what is your power supply? if the card isn't getting enough power that could cause all kinds of thingsĪnd if you load steam you can get a half life 2 demo among a lot of other games. Lastly, what speed it your internet connection?Įdit. what hard drive do you have, how much space is left, and is it showing any signs of going bad that you know of? if the hard drive is slow or having problems that could be affecting the game too as right now it is listing the gpu as idle pretty much, i'm asking so we can get an idea of temps at load.Īnd. that should obliterate WoW.ĭoes it only lag/low fps in populated towns in the game or pretty much all the time?Īlso, could you run WoW in windowed mode with gpu-z next to it (with the gpu-z temperature info showing).
